Bev: ‘My stalker’
BEVERLEY Knight has been talking about the hell of being stalked by a worker at her record label.
The singer is starring in The Bodyguard in London’s West End as a singer targeted by a crazed fan.
Revealing her real-life ordeal, Beverley told the Daily Star Sunday: “Years ago there was a strange guy. He looked bloody strange.
“And the awkward thing was he worked for the record label in Sweden. “He believed that we were going to have a future together and we were going to have a life together. He told his mum and dad. I was like ‘argh!’
“And then he flew over to take me away. I was thinking ‘hell no’.”
Beverley, 43, is also regularly sent creepy messages on Twitter.
She is appearing in The Bodyguard at the Dominion Theatre until January.
