Ryan will help his pal Leona

-

BLEEDING Love hit-maker Ryan Tedder has offered to help re-launch Leona Lewis’ stalled career.

The One Republic star co-wrote Leona’s 2007 debut single which topped the chart in 35 countries including the UK and US and went on to sell over 9m copies worldwide.

Since then Leona’s career has faltered with her fifth album I Am failing to set the charts alight despite being critically acclaimed.

The former X Factor champ has just parted ways with new record label Island over poor sales and is now starring in hit musical Cats on Broadway.

In comparison Ryan's career and bank balance has since soared thanks to penning huge hits for Beyonce and Adele as well as his own band.

But Ryan told me: “I’m trying to focus more on One Republic and less on writing for other people. I’m trying to be more selective. “But I would happily write for Leona again if she wanted me to. She’s incredibly talented and has a world class voice.

“Bleeding Love not only changed things for her but it was also a huge game changer for me too.”
