STRESSED businessmen are turning to vitamin injections used by Simon Cowell for a boost.
Health professionals have seen a 30% increase in sales to high-flyers over the past year.
Gill Brooks of Central Healthcare said men in their 30s, 40s and 50s are the most likely to give it a go.
They squeeze in a vitamin infusion between meetings and business trips.
The injections, which are popular with celebrities like Madonna and Simon Cowell, deliver vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream.
Experts say that, unlike with vitamin tablets, the infusions mean all the energy-boosting nutrients are absorbed by the body, potentially at much higher doses.
Gill said: “After I tried an infusion I was blown away by how good it made me feel and the longevity of the benefits it gave me.”
