While jealousy has tortured Father Jack questioning his faith

THESE are the scenes as tormented teenager Belle Dingle falls over and knocks herself out after being chased by the police.

Her parents Zak and Lisa have been in a state of panic for weeks after mentally ill Belle fled the village when her baby lie was exposed.

Belle is weak from sleeping on the streets, and things take a turn for the worse when she is spotted by the police.

Terrified, she tries to run but ends up knocking herself out.

Bosses won’t say whether the incident leads to an emotional reunion with her parents.

But with her mental problems having already put her on a path to self-destruction, it’s going to take some doing to get her to return home.

An insider said: “Belle needs treatment. She is listening to Ellie, a figment of her imagination, who has convinced her everyone hates her. She’s starving and living rough when what she really needs is to be in hospital.”

Our mole added: “Zak and Lisa are beside themselves with worry and can’t believe they didn’t spot the signs that her mental illness had returned.

“The police find her but Belle is so terrified that she runs off. She’s scared and truly believes that no one wants her home.

“She’s weak because she’s not eaten properly for weeks and she falls over.

“Belle knocks herself unconscious and everyone will have to wait to see if the police get to her. Even if they do she’s got a long way to go before she will recover from everything she has been through lately.”
