Twice, Danny tells Carley
“I’ve been fortunate in my job at Hollyoaks, spending every day with beautiful women.
“We were okay then and we’ll be okay now. We’re getting married next year and couldn’t be happier.” Carley had been with Ricky Whittle, 34, for two years when he went on the programme.
Following their split, rumours were rife that Ricky and Natalie’s sizzling dance routines had led to romance. A soap source said: “Danny and Carley are the sweetest couple. They’ve been together five years and have always been supportive of each other’s careers..
“Carley spent most of her time in London working while Danny was in Liverpool filming.

She added: “A lot of the male dancers would do the decent thing and pass this information on to the male celebs when they started on the show.
“Sometimes the male celebs forgot the advice and would be embarrassed when a female dancer had to say ‘Ooh, I think you need to move that to the other side’.
“Occasionally, it was too late and some men inevitably got aroused.”
Speaking in her new book, Ola recalled the first time one of her celebrity partners got a little ‘stiff ’.
She said: “I’ll never forget the first time. ‘Oh dear,’ I thought, ‘that shouldn’t be there!’ I didn’t feel able to say anything and tried to carry on as if nothing had happened, and the Strictly Ola: My Story is out now.
