Hollyoaks meeting could prompt Ryan to reveal ‘bad cop’ side

-

DAVID Platt will never get over losing his wife Kylie – and he finally looks set to take revenge. Over the next couple of weeks, viewers will see him become consumed with the idea of making gang members Macca and Clayton pay for her murder.

David’s worried mum Gail has no idea what he is planning, but manages to persuade him to go to a grief counselling session.

When he arrives he refuses to speak to the counsellor but then lies to Gail that the session was a great help.

He later notices on Macca’s social media page that the gang are planning to celebrate Clayton’s birthday at the Dog and Gun pub in his absence.

Furious David storms straight round to the pub and is determined to have it out with Macca.

But before he can reach the boozer he’s grabbed by a burly bloke who hands him a beating. He returns home bloodied and bruised, to the horror of his family. Big brother Nick begs David to let the courts deal with Macca and Clayton.

But the following day the police turn up to question David after Macca suffers a serious head injury.

David insists he had nothing to do with the attack and the officers let him go.

But as our picture shows, he heads straight to the hospital where he comes face to face with evil Macca as he lies helpless in his bed.

A Corrie insider said: “David has Macca’s life in his hands. He’s suffered life-threatening injuries and needs machines to keep him alive.

“Killing him would be the perfect revenge for David, but everyone will have to wait to see if he goes through with it.” You can find out what David does a

week on Friday on ITV. BUSYBODY Sheila Canning is speechless when she walks in on her son Gary romping with Terese Willis.

Sheila, who loves to gossip, can’t believe it when she goes to confront Terese at Lassiters after feeling undervalued.

Determined to give the hotel boss a piece of her mind, she storms into her office right in the middle of Terese and Gary’s tryst. The pair have been seeing each other in secret, but viewers will have to wait to find out whether Sheila approves.

An insider said of next month’s antics: “Sheila’s reaction is hilarious.”
