BLASTS BACK AT ‘OVERWEIGHT’ JIBES ‘I have a message for trolls: screw you!’

-

ED GLEAVE TV Editor JACQUELINE Jossa has hit out at her online trolls. The mum, who plays Lauren Branning in Eastenders, often suffers nasty comments on social media over her weight. But Jacqueline, who looks hotter than ever since giving birth to her first child, has fired back with a message of her own. She said: “Nowadays you have to go on Twitter to see what people like and what people don’t like. If someone makes a fair comment then I’ll think ‘OK, cool, that’s what they think’. “But I try not to pay attention to comments about the way I look. I’ve had people saying, ‘She looks pregnant again, maybe she is having baby number two’. I’d like those people to know I’m not having another baby. So screw you.” Jacqueline proved trolls wrong earlier this month when she won the sexiest female gong at the Inside Soap Awards. The 24-year-old beat soap rivals including Corrie’s Kym Marsh, 40, and Jennifer Metcalfe, 34, from Hollyoaks. Jacqueline said: “I would have been embarrassed before. But now it’s lovely. “Winning an award for being sexy means quite a lot when you’ve had a baby and you’re not confident any more. It was a shock and I was so happy.” She and fiancé Dan Osborne, 25, had their daughter Ella Selina in February 2015 and plan to wed.

Jacqueline said: “We’ve got a date, which means I’ve finally got a vision of what I want the day to be like. I’m really happy and I can’t wait.”

EastEnders fans have seen her character enduring plenty of drama over the years. In recent months she has had a romance with two Beale brothers, Steven and Peter.

She said: “Lauren has got some difficulty with her love life coming up. But then she did go out with two brothers. We’ll see her comparing them. I can’t even imagine what that would be like, thankfully.”
