FLOATING speakers, smart hairbrushes and TVs that stick to walls – welcome to the future.

The CES technology show in Las Vegas gives a glimpse of what to expect.

The ultimate geek gathering attracts 170,000 experts from all over the world.

And the Daily Star Sunday was lucky enough to try out some of the greatest gadgets and gizmos on show in Sin City.

We saw a hairbrush that can tell how healthy your locks are, a machine that pours the perfect glass of wine and a hat to give bald men their hair back. Also on show was a bed DAVE SNELLING at CES in LAS VEGAS that can stop people snoring plus a hi-tech cube you dunk in your tea to make the perfect brew. Many of the world’s biggest tech companies were showing off gadgets that should reach our homes later this year.

Sony revealed its latest 4K Ultra HD TVs which now boast OLED technology for a brighter and better image quality. And there were new Dolby Atmos-enabled sound bars bringing cinema-style audio to your living room. LG revealed a paper-thin TV which sticks to your wall with a magnet. It’s so skinny it looks like wallpaper.

The Korean giant also unveiled a home robot which can recognise your family, a levitating Bluetooth speaker, pictured above, and an i n t e r net- connected fridge which can order your shopping.

Samsung revealed its next generation of smart home appliances, including a washing machine that allows users to manage two loads of laundry at the same time.

There’s also a telly coming later this year from Samsung that looks just like a picture frame hanging on your wall.

The firm also showed off more virtual reality with its terrifying VR stunt plane simulator.

New smartphones were also on view, such as the Honor 6X which includes iPhone-style features like all-metal body, a fingerprint scanner and dual camera for less than half of Apple’s prices.

So 2017 looks set to be another big year for tech fans with TVs, smartphones and Internetconnected home gadgets likely to be on everyone’s wish lists.
