Fans slam Austin eviction ‘twist’
CBB BOSSES have been slammed over a twist that saw Austin Armacost evicted.
His fans spent cash to save him from the chop in the first eviction by helping him secure more votes than Angie Best.
After she left, bosses asked housemates to pick who was the dullest and Austin topped the vote.
Only then were they told that meant he was being booted out.
Austin has slammed the stunt and said: “It was a really s*** way to go. To go out on something that is completely false really did upset me.” Scores of viewers are fuming that he was evicted without a public vote – and by housemates who had no idea what would happen.

Mum-of-two Nicola got close to Jamie O’Hara on the show last week, while her hubby Tom Williams watched at home.
But pal Maria Fowler has claimed he has no grounds to moan – because he cheated on her two years ago.
She said: “Nicola has put up with a lot. When Tom cheated she made no secret of the fact that she felt let down and betrayed.
“I don’t think Tom is in a position to criticise her. And he isn’t in a position to split up with her over it because she’s put up with a lot worse.”
Nicola, 35, and Tom were separated for a year after it emerged he had a fling with another woman while in Las Vegas. Maria added: “She Liam Buckingham said: “What was the point of the public vote!? Pay 50p a vote to save Austin for 30 minutes longer.”
Others branded the move “unfair” and said all evictions should be by public vote.
Austin had been at the centre of the action over the past week. He said: “By no ED GLEAVE thought, ‘he cheated on me anyway, so I didn’t do anything wrong’. And rightly so. I’d tell him, ‘you can’t say anything, you cheated on me’.
“I personally would never forget that. I’d have been gone. But she’s been with Tom for years and years. She stood by him after an affair.
“In fairness to Tom, she did give him a chance and he’s proved himself to her and they seem really happy now.” Viewers were shocked when Nicola kissed and flirted with footballer Jamie, left, after a night of boozing.
Her behaviour has made her a hate figure among some viewers – but we can reveal that she is tougher than she looks. Nicola was a corporal with the Camden Detachment of the Army Cadets in north London when she was 16.
Maria said: “She’s had a lot of s*** in her life. But she’s a really strong girl. It’s easy to look at her and think she’s brazen but deep down she’s such a nice girl.”
She added: “People are always going to go in on Nicola because she has that image with big boobs and blonde hair.

Austin reckons chiefs are now regretting the twist because they hoped he wouldn’t go.
