TV SLEUTH SAYS MET HQ WAS ‘SH*GGERS PARADISE’ ‘We all copped off at Scotland Yard’

-

JIMMY McCLOSKEY HUNTED star Peter Bleksley says Scotland Yard was a “shaggers’ paradise” when he worked there.

The retired copper was an undercover drugs officer there in the 1980s.

He says he bedded “hundreds” of women and claims bobbies regularly romped on their bosses’ desks.

Peter, 57, said: “It was a shaggers paradise. I was young, nearly everybody was at it.

“You’ve been out working undercover all day, it’s high-pressure, there’s adrenaline coursing through every inch of your body.

“You get back to the Yard and you want to go and let off a bit of steam.

“When there’s lots of very attractive people around, what are you going to do?

“In the decade I worked undercover, I slept with at least a couple of hundred people.”

Peter, inset left, stars in Channel 4 reality show Hunted where he tracks down contestants who try to disappear for 28 days.

He spoke to the Daily Star Sunday as he launched his new book The Gangbuster. It chronicles his ten years as an undercover drugs officer working for the former SO10 covert operations group.

In the gripping read he also tells of the difficulties of his extra-curricular activities.

Peter explained: “Some nights you couldn’t find an office to do it in.

“On one occasion we were forced to resort to the basement where all the cars were kept.

“We decided to do it on the back seat of my vehicle – not as good as one of the guvnor’s offices with a nice big desk to shag over but better than nothing.”

But Peter, who quit undercover work in the 90s after 10 years, added he has been happily married to Sarah for the past 20 years.

He said: “The quality and the strength of the relationship you get when you are completely committed to someone far outstrips any gratuitous shagging I got up to.”

The Gangbuster is out now. For more details, visit johnblakebooks.com.
