‘No harm in flirting’

NICOLA McLean said her “harmless” flirting with Jamie O’Hara hasn’t ruined her marriage to Tom Williams.

Fans feared he might ditch her over her antics on CBB.

But yesterday Nicola said: “It is all good. Me and Tom had great sex last night. It was wonderful.” Nicola has two children with Tom but just days after entering CBB she cosied up to Jamie and kissed him.

She said: “I do get too drunk. And I do flirt. But it’s harmless.

“Me and Jamie are really good friends. It was nothing – just banter.

“We continued to have a great friendship. I leaned on him a lot and he leaned on me a lot. He had my back. What a lovely guy.” Sources close to the couple claimed Tom planned to call time on their marriage.

But Nicola said: “Tom was not bothered about that. He and Jamie are friends.

“I think footballers are different from most people. They have banter that perhaps normal people don’t have. “I think that’s why I get on with Jamie. I’ve lived with a footballer for 13 years and I get the fact that they are just a bit different. After the final we all had a laugh about it.”

Nicola was thrilled to be out of the house yesterday after her clashes with Kim Woodburn pushed her to breaking point. Nicola said: “I’ve suffered before with anxiety disorder. I’d kind of overcome it before I went into the house. I was off all medication.

“But I realised while I was in there that I am still very anxious. I had Kim in my face and Jedward riling me. It got really hard.”
