HARRY AND MEG’S ‘ROYAL’ WEDDING

THE first “official” outing for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be Pippa Middleton’s May wedding. Harry’s decision to take the divorcee will be viewed as a public declaratio­n of love. Prince William and wife Kate will be there when her sister weds hedge fund manager James Matthews on May 20. The rest of Kate’s family will also be in attendance along with James’ brother Spencer, star of Made In Chelsea and The Jump. A source revealed: “Harry and Meghan are madly in love and he no longer wants to hide that from the world. “He is close to Pippa and has been invited to her wedding and has obviously been given a plus one. “Harry is adamant that he Showbiz Editor JAMES INGHAM wants to take Meghan with him.” The public declaratio­n would be seen as a huge statement to the wider world.

The couple have only been pictured out together a handful of times.

They kept quiet about their relationsh­ip for five months until it was revealed in October.

Last Wednesday, Harry and the Suits star were photograph­ed hand-in-hand for the first time while on a date in London.

Meghan, 35, met Harry, 32, in May last year in Canada where he was promoting the Invictus Games for injured ex-servicemen.

They are said to have bonded over their shared humanitari­an work.

Sources close to the prince claim Meghan has “virtually moved in” at Harry’s cottage in Kensington Palace. interest in The pair have also enjoyed several romantic getaways. Insiders believe it will be only a matter of time before they are engaged. Our source added: “Harry believes this is the real thing. No one would be surprised if he proposed to Meghan. “It’s not your traditiona­l royal match but Harry is in love and times are changing. “Marrying a divorced US actress would no longer be seen as the scandal it would have been 20 or 30 years ago.”
