MICHAEL Jackson’s three children could lose more than half their inheritances in a £560million legal battle with the US taxman.

America’s IRS is demanding the money in back-taxes and penalties against Jacko’s estate. The result of the LA court case – centred on the disputed value of Jacko’s image rights since his death in 2009 – is expected within weeks.

Estate executors looking after his children Prince, 20, Paris, 18, and Blanket, 14, put the value at just £1,680 after lurid tales of Jacko’s drug use and claims of child molestation. But the IRS put the value at £347m.
