FOUR MORE YEARS Arsene wants to stay with the Gunners
HARRY PRATT ARSENE WENGER last night claimed he can be a top manager well into his seventies.
And in another twist to the crisis surrounding his Arsenal future, the Frenchman, 67, insisted he would love to do that while STILL in the Emirates hotseat.
Wenger, out of contract in June, said: “Maybe I can do more than four years more, maybe less. I don’t know.
“I’m not making threats about leaving. My preference is ALWAYS to manage Arsenal. I have shown that throughout my time with the club.”
That message will alarm those Gunners fans desperate to see an end to Wenger’s 20-year reign in North London.
