GAV: WHO KEZ IF TEAM LOSES?

-

GAVIN Rossdale has risked the wrath of his bosses on The Voice by telling contestants that winning the show isn’t important.

His six acts will face the knockouts tonight and bosses want them to go all out to avoid the axe.

But Keziah Rodell, who he is mentoring, said: “Gavin has said to us not to focus on winning the show and instead to think of each performance as a bigger opportunity.

“There’s no reason that all six of us being mentored by him can’t get record deals. It won’t be the end for those of us who go home this weekend. “He’s said there will be opportunities for us regardless of how far we get on the show. We’re all very different singers so we could all have careers in the industry.”

Last month Gavin told us he won’t care if the show fails to find a chart star again this year.

Keziah will perform Coldplay hit Trouble on tonight’s show. She added: “This is the most nervous I’ve been. Seeing the live shows last weekend made me more terrified. TV Editor ED GLEAVE I’m competitive but I’m aware the level of talent is really strong. I know I’m up against the best.” Surrey lass Keziah has lost two stone since her first audition for The Voice. She said: “My boyfriend is a personal trainer. I started eating what he eats and going to the gym five times a week. The weight all came off at once. “It’s made me more confident on stage. It can help your performance when you feel good about the way you look.” See the knockouts tonight at 7.45pm on ITV when three acts will get the boot. Gavin and his band Bush released their new album Black and White Rainbows on Friday.
