Chris said: “Children will really believe they’ve walked into The Furchester Hotel. We want to deliver a unique show where people feel like they’re stepping into a live episode of the series.”

Chris, who has worked at Alton Towers for 20 years, reckons even adults will enjoy it.

He added: “The appeal is universal. It’s for children aged from one to 101. Adults have grown up with Cookie and Elmo, and children know the show from watching it. There are jokes in there that work on all levels.” To book tickets
