SWINDON boosted their survival hopes and dented Fleetwood’s automatic promotion dream with a surprise 1-0 win at Highbury.

Nicky Ajose scored the decisive goal nine minutes from time after he slotted a low finish beneath goalkeeper Alex Cairns.

The Robins are just three points from safety, while third-placed Fleetwood are now seven points adrift of Bolton above them.
