LOUISA REVEALS SPLIT FROM LONG-TERM LOVER

HEARTBROKEN Louisa Johnson has split from her long-term boyfriend who she once called ‘The One’.

The 2015 X Factor winner revealed she had broken up with Essex boy Daniel Elliott after nearly two years together.

Louisa wouldn’t go into details of why the relationship hit the skids.

But speaking backstage at Capital’s Summertime Ball with Vodaphone, she did say: “We actually aren’t together anymore. I’m single. I’m not going into it though.” Ironically, it was practically a year to the day since the two lovebirds moved in to their own love nest together. Sources said: “Louisa was putting on a brave face on the red carpet and on stage but behind the smile she’s heartbroken. “She was calling Dan ‘The One’ just a few months ago so is obviously devastated the relationship has ended.” It’s been a tough time for Louisa both personally and professionally over the last few months. Her debut album has been delayed again after a string of poor chart positions for her singles. Her team at record label Syco had hoped a new collaboration with popular artist and 2009 X Factor runner-up Olly Murs would help kick-start her career.

But their duet Unpredictable entered the charts at No.71 on Friday.

It is expected to rise over the coming weeks but there’s no denying everyone involved is disappointed with the poor placing.

Louisa hinted she could use the break-up to inspire her songs in the future though, adding: “I want to show more of my sensitive side in my new music.”

Other acts performing yesterday at Wembley Stadium included Bruno Mars, Little Mix, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Stormzy and Charlie Puth.
