EX-The Voice coach Boy George is now managing his former contestant Vangelis. The Culture Club star helped mentor the talented singer to the semi-finals and he’s now working with him full time.

Vangelis told me: “George ended up messaging me on Twitter.

“I went round to his house and we recorded a track and it just went from there.

“He’s now managing me and helping me write and produce my album.

“I felt a bit intimidated by him at first because he’s a legend but we’ve become good friends since.

“I’ll jump on the bus to his house for a cup of tea. Sometimes we watch Loose Women.”

Vangelis’ version of Eurythmics Sweet Dreams with RetroPhobia is out now.

His debut album is expected next year.
