Game on for Mel and Sue

Game is making a comeback after 15 years off our screens,

Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins will host four episodes of the family gameshow.

The BBC programme, which has been hosted by Sir Bruce Forsyth, Larry Grayson and Jim Davidson, sees pairs of family members battle it out in fun games and tasks before facing the conveyer belt.

All contestants will ■

start the show in the audience and only find out what game they are playing when Mel and Sue call them from their seats.

Mel, 49, said: “It’s a cuddly toy, it’s a toaster, it’s a circular power saw, no it’s Mel and Sue doing The Generation Game! We can’t believe it, we are so excited.”

A panel of celebrity judges will score the pairs after each game and decide who faces the conveyer belt.
