ROO DOGGED BY KINKY COUPLES

Outdoor rompers target area near ace’s new home

WAYNE Rooney’s new £10million mansion is set to be constructed close to a doggers’ paradise.

He’s moving out to the sticks and having a new Georgianstyle mega-home built.

But little does he know that the secluded lanes, woods and even a golf course close to the Rooney estate are frequented by fans of outdoor sex with strangers.

The six-bedroom home is close to the Cheshire town of Knutsford.

On a site dedicated to dogging, a member wrote: “Good action in the lanes near Knutsford.

“Plenty of laybys to meet at night. Have seen couples performing at weekends.

“Also, car parks near the health club and pub can be good as well.

“Also had some fun in the woods of the golf course at night too.” On another adult site, a swinger wrote: “Some good dogging spots in the laybys and woods.”

Yet another added: “Plenty of dogging spots around the farmland outside Knutsford – just watch out for tractors!”

The ex-Manchester United and England skipper – now back with boyhood club Everton – is set to move into the home next year. Plans submitted to the local council show the six-bedroom mansion will have a six-car garage and a stable block.

Builders are now on the site and are constructing an underground walkway from the garage to the main residence, which will also have two lifts.

Planners had raised questions about the size of the home.

But it was rubberstamped after officers said Roo’s house was a more “visually pleasing development” than the property it replaces.

A town planner ruled: “It would also have a better impact on the visual amenities of the site, in particular taking into account the associated tidying up of the site.

“It is therefore considered to constitute appropriate development.”

It is believed the family decided to move after Coleen was left shaken after an attempted burglary at their current house last August.

Wayne and Coleen, both 31, and their children Kai, seven, Klay, four and Kit, one, have lived in the plush district of Prestbury in Cheshire for the past 12 years.

Coleen previously said the crime caused her “sleepless nights”, adding: “I fear for my children playing outside on their own.”

On the lower ground floor is a TV room, snooker room, bar, wine store, cinema, gym, Jacuzzi, pool, plunge pool and steam room.

The main entrance and reception halls, kitchen, dining room, family room, study and library are on the ground floor.
