BAD boy Warren Fox confronts his blackmailer as cancerstricken girlfriend Sienna Blake goes for her operation. Bosses are keeping the identity of Warren’s tormentor a secret but whoever is behind the campaign will be fearing for their life.

Sienna is pregnant with Warren’s twins but was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She was advised to abort her unborn children and begin treatment for the life threatening condition.

At first she refused but eventually decided to have an op even though it could be dangerous for her pregnancy. In emotional scenes, terrified Sienna prepares to go for her operation as Warren receives a text from his blackmailer. He heads back to the village and accuses Yasmine Maalik and Shane Sweeney of being behind the text message. He drags Shane in the back of a van and locks him inside.

As Warren returns to the hospital to check on Sienna he confronts the blackmailer.

A Hollyoaks insider said: “Warren spots his hooded blackmailer and gives chase. He then comes face to face with the person behind the sinister messages and repeated demands for money. “Everyone has been sworn to secrecy as to the identity of the blackmailer but one thing’s for sure, we wouldn’t want to be in his or her shoes when Warren gets hold of them.”
