1D HUNK’S ADVANCES SNUBBED BY CHART-TOPPER
AFTER bagging her first No.1 this week Dua Lipa really is pop’s most indemand lady.
So much so I’ve learned she caught the eye of Harry Styles, who took her on a date in the run up to his Dunkirk premiere.
The pair were “flirting for months” before finally meeting up for a romantic evening out in London last month.
But despite Harry being one of the world’s most eligible bachelors, Dua decided the hunk wasn’t for her and has recently moved on to a new, much less famous fella. She’s now smitten with LANY frontman Paul Klein and shared some soppy Snapchats of them together on Friday night.
A source said: “Harry really pursued Dua and was very keen to get her out on a date. “They had been friends for a while when Dua was in a relationship with her ex. “Fans always speculated they were a couple but Dua was totally devoted to her then boyfriend Isaac.
“But once she became single it became very obvious Harry was interested in seeing if they could be more – and she was definitely intrigued and willing to give it a go. “After flirting via text for months they finally went out in London just before Dunkirk came out.
“They had a nice time but Dua decided there wasn’t a spark and seemed able to resist his charms.
“It seems like they’ll still be able to stay friends and Dua even went to the London Dunkirk premiere.
“In the last few weeks she’s been completely infatuated with Paul, who she says is nothing like Harry, and is keen to see how things to go there.”
Harry has also recently moved on and is being linked with Victoria’s Secret model Camille Rowe.
Dua’s song New Rules hit No.1, making her the first female solo act to top the charts since Adele did with Hello in October 2015.
And with a string of admirers including Chris Martin – who she is said to have snogged at Glastonbury – Harry and now Paul, she won’t be solo in her romantic life any time soon. STEPHEN Bear reckons his planned reality show Being The Bears will be a huge hit after he branded TOWIE and Geordie Shore “old and crap”.
The Ex on the Beach star has just finished filming a pilot for the series which, if commissioned, will follow him and his family as they head to LA as Bear pursues his acting dreams. He told me: “It’s going to blow everyone away. It’s a cross between the Osbournes and the Kardashians but better. Love me or hate me I’m fantastic viewing.
“It will be everyone’s guilty pleasure. TOWIE is old and crap now, Geordie Shore is old and crap, Kardashians are clinging on but it’s time for a new series.”
But it hasn’t been commissioned yet. Bear added: “I’ve filmed the pilot myself in Walthamstow, obviously I’m not paying for everyone to go to LA.
“Now I just need to see which channel gets it.” REAL Housewives Of Cheshire star Ampika Pickston has compared the ITVBe show to the Titanic. The gobby rich minx reckons the reality programme will slump now she’s quit after five series.
Show original Ampika told me: “When the Titanic started to sink, Peekaboo found herself a little life jacket and sailed off to bigger and better pastures. “There’s only one Peekaboo. I’m authentic, full of drama and fun so I do think the show will miss a big character, unlike Dawn Ward who has been beating the same boring drum for years.”
Ampika added: “I will really miss Leanne Brown but we still see each other all the time. I’ll stay in touch with Lauren and Tanya Bardsley too, but the rest of the girls I have no interest in. There’s no friendship there so bon voyage ladies.”
Ampika was kinder about the show’s crew, adding: “Producers tried to get me to stay and I will miss the crew on the show. They are lovely, lovely people but I want to do other things.”
