One for Jon

TOWIE star Jon Clark has revealed he’s already falling for new girlfriend Lauren Pope.

The reality TV pair have stunned ITVBe viewers with their unlikely romance.

But Jon denied a showmance and told me he’s convinced Lauren could be “The One”.

He said: “We are trying to take it slow and I’m trying to stay calm but Lauren went to Torquay on Tuesday and I’ve missed her so much.

“I’m not loved-up but I’m definitely heading that way.

“I think I will fall in love with her quite soon. I can see us falling in love and staying as a team.”

Lauren confirmed the relationship to me last week in my exclusive chat. Now Jon has gone one further saying: “For me it is already serious. Lauren is making me a person I never thought I could be.

“People are saying I’m a better person as a result of being with her and that’s lovely to hear.”

Jon has admitted to trust issues after girlfriend Chloe Crowhurst dumped him to join the cast of ITV2’s Love Island.

But he added: “I’ve had a really bad year but Lauren is making me happy and I’m smiling again.”
