GARY ON Former Army lad’s hitting bottle after

-

FURIOUS Sarah Platt loses it with her boyfriend Gary Windass after he goes on another all-night bender. The hard-working lad is struggling with his secret new life after returning from Ukraine.

Sarah and his mum Anna are delighted to have him home but Gary is hiding some serious bruises.

Devoted Anna spots them and demands to know exactly what her son has been up to.

But Gary refuses to talk about it and heads into town to forget about his problems.

Sarah catches up with him the following day and cannot believe the state he is in.

Unable to handle another lecture, Gary storms off and is once again comforted by Nicola Rubinstein. She’s concerned about him and invites him back to number 11.

They share a bottle of wine and Gary opens up about his time in the Army while she tells tales from her own eventful youth.

After reflecting on where they have ended up and how much they have in common, the pair end up kissing passionately.

Everyone will have to wait to see whether Gary comes to his senses and remembers he has a girlfriend before they go any further.

A Corrie insider said: “Gary returns from Ukraine and is more disturbed by what happened than last time. He’s been keeping what he’s been doing out there a secret from his mum and girlfriend but this time things got bad.

“He is covered in bruises but when Anna questions him he doesn’t want to talk about it.

“Sarah’s slowly losing it with him so when he goes on yet another allnight bender she gives him what for.

“Sadly she pushes him straight into the arms of Nicola.”

Weatherfield fans will be able to watch all the drama as it plays out on Friday.
