Buck House intruder held

A WOMAN was in custody last night after scaling the front gates of Buckingham Palace.

She climbed over them at 5.40pm but officers stopped her from entering the palace grounds.

The woman, believed to be in her 30s, was arrested on suspicion of trespass. The incident is not being treated as terrorism.
