DISGRACED movie mogul Harvey Weinstein reckons he is “cured” after a week in a sex rehab program.

The producer, 65, planned to leave an Arizona therapy centre yesterday after completing seven days of outpatient sessions.

But he has now decided to move into the £31,600-a-month clinic The Meadows for intensive treatment for the next four weeks. And his psychologist said Weinstein was “fully engaged” with the “intensive” therapy.

He is tackling his sex addiction after a number of women including Cara Delevingne,

25, Gwyneth Paltrow, 45, and Myleene Klass, 39, accused him of sexual harassment.

Charmed actress Rose McGowan,

44, inset, also tweeted accusing the Hollywood producer of rape and added that the film studio ignored her complaints.

The medic, who was given permission to speak to the press by the fallen tycoon, claims he helped Weinstein focus on “dealing with his anger, his attitude toward others, boundary work and the beginnings of work on empathy”.

He also went on to say that Weinstein was “invested in the programme” and “was able to focus GAME Of Thrones star Kit Harington has apologised for saying men are victims of Hollywood sexism.

The actor – who plays Jon Snow in the hit show – claimed last year that males as well as females were the victim of “demeaning” sexism in the TV and film business. But Kit, on his therapy despite a ton of distractions, showed up for all the meetings and was fully engaged”.

The movie boss had one group discussion before continuing his sessions on an outpatient basis, but after just seven days, Weinstein appeared to believe himself cured when he ended the program. However, after the news broke, his spokesperson informed US site TMZ that he would continue to work with the Wickenburg, Arizona, facility.

When asked if Weinstein had made progress, the psychologist said: “Time will tell.” Meanwhile, California is set to ban Hollywood “hush money” settlements in sex assault and harassment cases following the scandal.

State Senator Connie Leyva aims to introduce a bill early next year that would prohibit private payments to victims who signed non-disclosure agreements.

The legislation would require that such payments be made public.

Ms Leyva, 50, said: “We really need to remove the curtain of secrecy about what’s happening.” Weinstein denies any allegations of nonconcensual sex. 30, has backtracked on his comments in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal. He admitted: “I was wrong there. Sexism against men is not something I should have really said.
