‘I believe in spirits’ says TOWIE babe

GEORGIA Kousoulou is convinced spirits are real after facing her fears on Celebrity Ghost Hunt.

The TV babe, 26, was joined by her TOWIE co-stars, including her boyfriend Tommy Mallet, at a haunted London museum.

She told the Daily Star Sunday: “When I went there I didn’t believe in spirits. I’ve watched shows like this before and thought it must be the producers doing it all. You don’t really believe it. But it’s one of those things where you have to be there.

“They have brought out machines now that mean you can talk to spirits. “You can communicate with them. When you use these machines you can’t stay sceptical. The psychic who was with us said it was the worst thing she’s ever seen.

“I thought it would be a white sheet ghost, but it’s not. Spirits are in all different forms.”

During filming, Georgia learned that the spirits at the haunted museum were of children who had died there.

She added: “As we went on the story unravelled about what happened there. I felt so many emotions. I felt really bad for the spirits. I felt sick, I felt sad, I felt angry at times.

“I even felt a bit guilty even though obviously I wasn’t there when the children died…so that was weird. “I usually can’t stop talking but there were times during this show that I was speechless…I literally didn’t know what to say. I was thinking ‘Am I really doing this…is this happening to me?’.

“It’s something I’ll never forget. It was eye-opening.”

Her experiences during filming at the Ragged School Museum in east London left Georgia shaken for days afterwards.

She said: “When we left I felt mentally drained. It was like when your body aches, but it was my mind that was aching. It took me a week to get over it. I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

“This show will 100% change people’s opinions. I can’t act, so all my facial expressions were real. You have to watch it because if you’re sceptical it will change your mind.

“I would probably do it again, which I know sounds mad. This has changed my life. Now I preach about the subject and if I hear people talking about spirits I start telling them they do exist.”
