RUNNING MAN: Jay Ajayi flies flag for Britain in Super Bowl PHILADELPHIA EAGLES running back Jay Ajayi wants to make this Super Bowl Sunday a Brit special – and not a train wreck.

one of 13 NFL teams never to win a Super Bowl and Ajayi also has his eyes set on helping this group of players become Philadelphia legends.

He added: “We expect a lot from ourselves. We want to be in history and cement our own legacy.

“We put pressure on ourselves to be great and that’s what it’s going to come down to.

“We want to be on the right side of history and cement our legacy as the first Super Bowl champs in Philly history.

“In my opinion, Philadelphia’s fanbase is the closest you can get to a European, or London football team like Arsenal.

“They are so passionate about their team and they live it and bleed it and they get upset and they get happy.

“It’s a special feeling, understanding that that’s the kind of fanbase we have.

“Because, at the end of the day, I’m a fan of Arsenal and I feel those same kind of feelings when we are doing well and when we’re not doing well.

“So it’s kind of cool to be on a team where the fanbase are so into it. It’s cool.”

Meanwhile, focus was the key word for Patriots boss Bill Belichick after his team’s final practice before Super Bowl LII.

He said: “There are things that are different about this game but we’ve managed those and tried to focus on what we need to do and

“I think the attention level has been good. I think we’ll be ready to go.”
