ESCAPOLOGIST Matt Johnson started doing his act in support of his sick brother. Daredevil Matt, 44, had millions of viewers fearing for his life last night as he padlocked himself inside a water tank. Matt’s brother Jonathan, 36, suffers from the rare genetic disease tuberous sclerosis, which causes seizures leaving him unable to breathe. He can slip into comas because he cannot breathe for up to three minutes at a time. Matt said: “It started with putting myself in a pool to see how long I could hold my breath for. I’d force myself to hold it so I could try and understand how it was for him. “I thought, ‘I have to put myself in a position where I can’t get out until it’s over’, like he can’t get out until the seizure is over.” SIMON Cowell is facing humiliation when Sinitta dishes the dirt in her new book. The pair had an on-off relationship for 20 years and are still close pals. But former chart star Sinitta, 54, has warned Simon should be “worried” about her autobiography.

She told the Daily Star Sunday: “Simon has not read the book…the lawyers have not read it…wait and see. “Everyone has got to be worried. People will be able to recognise a lot of people in the book. “It is really juicy. It would not be me if it was not juicy. It is a book but done in a different way. It’s coming out in the next few weeks.” In 2013, Sinitta angered Simon when she spoke about aborting their baby in the 1980s.

They also clashed over his relationship with Lauren Silverman. Sinitta has also dated Brad Pitt in the past, so showbiz insiders are expecting her book to be full of showbiz gossip.

She added: “It is quite scary to do the book but I think it is going to unburden me. I have never spoken about some things before. It has taken the mask off.

“I don’t think it will make me much money. But what is more important – the money or being unburdened? I have to care about me as well.” Sinitta clashed with Simon when he axed her from The X Factor in favour of Cheryl Tweedy.

But they have since become friends again and she is hoping he will bring her back
