ALEXANDRE LACAZETTE believes every player’s future at Arsenal is on the line as Arsene Wenger’s reign draws to a close.

With the Gunners boss standing down at the end of the season after nearly 22 years, the pressure is on the current squad to prove their worth to his successor.

And Lacazette insists that means they are all playing to impress the new boss, whoever it may be, during the next fortnight – in addition to giving Wenger a glorious send off with a Europa League victory.

Ahead of Arsenal’s trip to Manchester United today, the Gunners hitman, who has 16 goals this term, discussed the imminent managerial shake-up at The Emirates – and its likely effect.

Lacazette, 26, said: “That’s why we want to keep going and be good, because we know that a new manager is coming and maybe everything will change.

“We don’t know if everyone can stay at the club – so we just want to do well.”

Winning the Europa League would be a perfect goodbye for Wenger – and ensure Champions League football next season for his replacement.

Lacazette, a £52.7million buy from Lyon last summer, revealed the role Wenger played in bringing him to north London.

“I saw him before I signed and we talked for a long time because it was a big decision that changed my life,” said the France international.

“I’m always thankful to him because he believed in me coming from France to Arsenal.

“For every French person, he’s a great manager. He is almost 22 years in one club and has a great image in France. Like me, all the players want to finish it well for him.”

While nothing hinges on Arsenal’s game with United today, the fact it is Wenger’s final
