GAIL Rodwell phones clairvoyant Rosemary Piper after getting the money she needs to rid her family of Richard Hillman’s curse.

Rosemary, right, told Gail in March she had a message for her from beyond the grave.

She claimed her dead husband, serial killer Hillman, had placed a curse on her family.

Gail’s mum Audrey was sceptical and convinced Gail to ignore what Rosemary was saying.

But when her son David Platt finally opens up and tells his family he was raped by Josh Tucker, distraught Gail decides she needs Rosemary’s help after all.

She tells the psychic that she can’t sit back and watch her family go through any more torment and wants her to get rid of Hillman’s hex.

A Corrie insider said: “The Platts have been through so much over the last few months. Gail’s grand-daughter Bethany was groomed and abused by Nathan Curtis and David was drugged and raped.

“He then ended up in prison after failing to turn up at his court hearing.

“His family had no idea what he’d been going through as he was too ashamed to tell them.

“So when he finally reveals what happened, Gail becomes convinced that Rosemary was right – her family has been cursed.

“Whether or not it’s all just one big scam to get money out of her remains to be seen.”
