Chris is riding high
FORMER Love Island star Chris Hughes came fifth out of 11 riders on his debut as a jockey.
The hunk, 25, teamed up with bookies Coral to compete in a race in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
He told the Daily Star Sunday: “I have family members who have been affected by cancer so they’re very proud of me for doing this. It’s a great charity. Hopefully we can raise as much money as possible.”
Chris did five months of intensive training with Jonjo O’Neill ahead of yesterday’s event at York Racecourse.
