HOLIDAYMAKERS heading for Greece could end up starring in a new telly show alongside troubled Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay, 32, is set to start shooting the reality series for MTV this week at her new Lohan Beach House resort club on the island of Mykonos.

A crew will also follow the Mean Girls movie star – who previously licensed her name to a club in the Greek capital Athens – as she scouts out a location for another beach venue on Rhodes. The reality series is being made by Bunim/ Murray Productions, the same company that jointly makes Keeping Up With The Kardashians and a string of other hit shows.

A senior insider said: “The show will have this European flavour to it because Lindsay feels it’s not as uptight as filming in LA or New York. “She reckons they can find better characters on vacation in her restaurant and bar. We’re expecting a few interesting English guests to pop up because a lot are on vacation there and we won’t have to use captions to translate what they have to say.” This week Lindsay was spotted on the island with Tiffany Trump, 24, leading to speculation that President Trump’s daughter could appear in the series. Lindsay, a former Disney star, has suffered a string of legal and personal problems, including at least six stints in rehab.

Her new show is part of a comeback bid that includes her return as Katerina West in the Sky One sitcom Sick Note alongside Harry Potter star Rupert Grint, 29, and Nick Frost, 46.

She has also completed a crime thriller called The Shadow Within, which is scheduled to hit cinemas later this year.

A source close to her said: “She’s sober, happy and firing on all cylinders again.”
