PREM STAR RAPED ME

-

FROM PAGE ONE to officers hours after the alleged attack by the two men, who are friends, at a flat in London.

The French model was interviewed by detectives in Paris and was examined by forensic medical staff.

She and her friends had met the players at a restaurant in Mayfair before going back to a rented apartment in Westminster to get ready to go out.

They said they headed to a nightclub where the woman drank two glasses of champagne and one vodka. She said she was dancing with the Premier League player and that they shared a kiss. But she soon began to feel unwell and began vomiting.

A friend said: “She knew that something wasn’t right because she can normally drink a lot more than that.”

The group left the bar and got a taxi back to their flat where the woman continued to feel unwell and went to bed alone.

Her pal added: “She felt really sick and dizzy and was vomiting all the way back.

“When she got there she spent half an hour in the bathroom and just about had the energy to get into bed.” She then claims she woke in the middle of the night to find the footballer having sex with her. She said he had removed her underwear.

The friend told us: “She had been flirting with the Premier League player in the club and he witnessed the state she was in. It never crossed her mind he would do what he did.”

The victim said she felt too weak to fight him off, despite being in pain.

She said she lost consciousness and when she awoke his footballing friend was lying next to her in the bed.

She told him the Premier League star had attacked her but said he claimed he did not want to hear about it. The woman then said the second man carried out a sex act on her against her will.

She managed to fight the man off and left the room and found her friend.

The woman claimed to have fallen asleep and when she woke the men had left.

She left the apartment and tried to find a police station but it was closed, so she returned to Paris and reported it to police.

A spokesman for the French police said they did not comment on matters under investigation.

The Metropolitan police said they had not yet been made aware of the incident by French authorities.
