Ben exits marriage in rehab
HOLLYWOOD stars Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are said to have quietly settled their divorce.
And they are set to make it a formal agreement when Ben leaves rehab.
The couple separated in June 2015 after 10 years of marriage and she filed for divorce in April 2017.
Now they are reported to have reached a financial settlement. They did not have a prenuptial agreement, so have split everything they earned during the marriage.
The pair, both 46, have also agreed joint custody of their children, Violet, 13, Seraphina, nine, and six-year-old Samuel, continuing their arrangement since they split.
Last week Daredevil and Alias star Garner drove the Argo Oscar-winner to his third stint in rehab after he was photographed accepting delivery of a box full of booze at his home in Los Angeles.
He has been attending meetings since coming out of treatment in March last year but is said to have been struggling with sobriety.
