Olivia found fame on last year’s Love Island due to her turbulent relationship with Chris Hughes, 25.
They split while filming their own ITV2 spin-off show Crackin’ On.
Olivia said: “Chris and I were just so wrong for each other.
“Filming our show really highlighted all our problems.
“There are definitely no feelings there. We don’t speak at all. Our paths haven’t crossed since we split.
“I’d be polite to him if I saw him, but I have the feeling he would just ignore me.”
Producers were also in talks with Chris to join the dating agency.
Olivia added: “I was apprehensive at first because I’d done Love Island and wasn’t sure whether I should do another dating show.
“I heard they were having meetings with Chris too.
“I knew we both couldn’t get the job so the competitive edge came out and made me want it even more.”
