A MISS Whiplash has claimed she romped with a controversial highranking cop at his HQ.
Vampire-loving mum Denise Pearce, 52, said she had trysts with Stephen Redgewell in his office.
Denise claimed Redgewell, 52 – a detective sergeant and treasurer of the Metropolitan Police Federation – promised to marry her at Dracula’s Castle in Romania.
“I was convinced he was the one,” said the mum-of-two he called “kinky fluff” and “cuddle monster” in messages.
Denise, who has a £5,000 latex sex costume collection, believes the pair had sex at the Met Police Federation offices.
She said: “Sometimes I brought whips. I was more dominant.
“I soon realised how obsessed with sex he was. He told me he had a partner but it was over between them.”
Smitten Denise had no idea there was a possible dark side to the boyfriend who showered her with gifts including a skull ring.
Redgewell is facing a gross misconduct charge after allegedly sending sexual, racist and homophobic texts to a vulnerable rookie female cop he was meant to be helping in his federation role. In one message to the Asian officer, who was suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder after an undercover operation, it is claimed he said: “Sleep well my dirty Catwoman.”
In another, after she told him she had a temperature, he is alleged to have replied: “Stick a thermometer up your bum lol xx”. Redgewell was reported by a fellow officer and put on restricted duties earlier this year. Denise, from north London, only found out when he told her about the gross misconduct investigation on Valentine’s Day.
She claimed the pair met in 2015 on an online dating site and fell in love soon after. “I’d never felt that way about anyone,” she said. “Very soon afterwards things became sexual.” Denise believes she and Redgewell had sex at the Met Police Federation offices in Bromley, south London.
She said: “We had sex there about seven times. I didn’t consider it wasn’t allowed.”
Denise claimed Redgewell proposed to her during a romp four months into their affair.
She said: “We planned our wedding for October 31, 2020, in Dracula’s Castle in Romania.”
But the pair began to row when Redgewell refused to move out of the home he shared with his partner of 20 years and their sons.
Denise added: “Alarm bells had started ringing as she always called him while we were together.”
She claimed Redgewell kept texting her in an on-off affair which ended for good late last year.
In one message, from November 2017, he said: “We were at it in the office… it hasn’t been used in that way for nearly a year.”
Despite the allegations, Redgewell is still treasurer of the Metropolitan Police Federation and is receiving an allowance on top of his salary.
Jonathan Green, of the Independent Office for Police Conduct, said: “We analysed over 2,000 texts and we have concluded he has a case to answer.”
A Met spokesman said: “I can confirm DS Redgewell is on restricted duties.”
A Police Federation spokesman said: “We do not comment on individual cases.”
Redgewell declined to comment.
