The former partner of Rob Kardashian – who is father to her two-year-old daughter Dream – has accused the Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ clan of defamation and trying to kill her reality show.

The “Rob and Chyna” series received good news on Thursday when the court ruled in her favour and announced that the case will go to trial.

Chyna’s attorney Lisa Bloom said in a statement: “We look forward to getting a trial date next month and aggressively fighting for Chyna’s rights.”
