Stacey’s Iraq fibs

STRICTLY star Stacey Dooley has revealed she lies to her mum when she’s filming in dangerous locations.

The documentary maker has visited a string of countries during her career as a BBC presenter but said she worries most about her mother.

Stacey, 31, said: “I don’t tell her now. If I’m going to Iraq, I say I’m going to Turkey. Mums, the older they get, the more they panic, don’t they?”

She also admitted she never flashed her pants during the hit dance show.

Stacey, who was wearing a nude leotard, left audience members speculating whether she had forgotten to put her pants on.

She said: “The wardrobe gals were like, ‘Oh s**t, Stacey. Sorry. You flashed’. But then I watched it back, and it was just the leotard, and I can live with that.”
