HERE’S Jenny Gifford rocking a whole new look with a wig and glasses.

In tomorrow’s episode she vamps it up to impersonat­e a racy author.

Pal Karen Marsden (Hermione Norris) is publishing a naughty novel but the author wants to remain anonymous.

So she ropes in Jenny (Fay Ripley) to pretend to be them for a wacky photoshoot. A show source said: “It’s completely bonkers and Jenny’s new look is quite out there.”

Writer Jack Williams said: “It’s actually quite liberating that there won’t be another series because telling a story backwards was so hard.”Jack’s brother and co-writer Harry added: “I think only about five people watched it. The latest action is at 9pm tomorrow on ITV. We are grateful the BBC backed such a complicate­d show on BBC One in the 9pm slot.“I think the people who got to the end found it rewarding. But far too many didn’t make it that far.”Rellik was thrashed in the ratings by Liar, which the brothers also wrote.Jack said: “We are working on the second series of Liar. We’re excited to do more.”The writing duo are also gearing up for the launch of The Missing spin-off Baptiste on BBC One next Sunday.
