Paul’s ex speaks of flings hell

PAUL Hollywood’s ex wife has told how his second affair killed their marriage.

Loyal Alex, 54, stayed with him after a fling with a co-star was exposed in 2013.

But when TV chef Paul,

52, strayed again she decided enough was enough.

Opening her heart about the betrayal, she said: “Everyone is entitled to one mistake.

“It happened again and it was a done deal, my marriage was over. From the minute I knew, it was over.

“It is over. There is nothing. It’s such a big thing to comprehend, to end a marriage. But I had to do the right thing and to have selfrespect as well.”

She added: “You have this book of your life and you think you know, roughly, how it will go. Then it all gets tossed in the air and you’re left with just a blank

A4 sheet.”

Alex has opened up about the split as it emerged she clashed with Paul’s new love in Marks & Spencer.

It was claimed she had branded Summer MonteysFullam, 23, a “slut” and a “whore” during the tense showdown.

Police were called after one of Summer’s pals banged on Alex’s car.

Alex has insisted she was the victim and contacted police to complain she was being harassed.

The police said they gave words of advice to all parties.
