NICOLE Scherzinge­r has revealed the fitness regime that keeps her in tip-top shape at 41.

And the good news is many of her best exercises don’t need fancy equipment – so you can do them at home in lockdown. The Pussycat Doll tones up with hip thrusts, squats and sit-ups. Revealing the secrets of her fantastic figure, Nicole said: “Mixing everything up gives me the best results.

“In a typical workout, I would run on the treadmill for 20 minutes, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball and some yoga stretches.

“Stretching and hydrating are so important in making progress.

“And get lots of sleep. Sleep makes such a huge difference. And drink lots of water.”

There’s more good news when it comes to nutrition, too, because Nicole doesn’t deprive herself of treats.

She said: “Don’t deprive yourself of anything because eventually you’ll crave it and then you might binge on it.

“Everything in moderation. breakfast, I love eggs and toast
