BETTE Midler hopes to go on the road again at the age of 74.

The veteran actress and singer is back on TV in Netflix series The Politician and is also working on three movies.

Yet she said in a US chat: “I still have an interest in touring.”

But she fears for her job in postpandemic. Bette said: “A lot of my friends have already said, ‘It’s weird, but I think I’m retired’.”
