TV PRESENTER Holly Willoughby was forced to miss This Morning as she feared her children had been struck down with Covid.

The popular host revealed the whole family were tested for the virus and that the results came back negative.

They received the all-clear on Friday and Holly said she would be back in the studio tomorrow. Holly shares children Harry, 11, Belle, nine, and Chester, six, with producer husband Dan Baldwin. In a post on Instagram she said she had not revealed the details of her absence earlier as she was focused on her children.

She told her fans: “Over the last few days two of our children were unwell and had symptoms of Covid.

“In line with Government guidelines we were waiting for results of the tests before I returned to work.

“Couple that with just wanting to look after two poorly children, it meant having two days away from This Morning.

“I chose not to alert everyone to this because my focus was on looking after them. “Thankfully, all tests came back negative and everybody’s feeling much better... see you Monday!”
