Lightning Balt set to strike back

- With Jason Bell

LAMAR JACKSON and the Baltimore Ravens lit up the regular season in 2019-20 only to come up short in the play-offs.

This year, they’ve got a chance for revenge over the Tennessee Titans and they’re a completely different team this time around.

With Jackson at quarterback they’re operating with a threeheaded monster in the running attack and I think they’ll have too much for the Titans this time.

It’ll be a very physical game, Tennessee need to keep it close, but I’m expecting to see some electricity from the Ravens QB.

The second half will be key – can they slow down Derrick Henry (below) and sustain that physical punishment in the second half?

I think they can, but it’s going to be the best game of the weekend in my opinion.

The Cleveland Browns are finally back in the play-offs but without their head coach, Kevin Stefanski, due to the Covid protocols.

I think it will impact them not having him there, and that’s a really tough situation.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are the favourites but it won’t be easy. These two teams don’t like each other and it’ll be a real battle.

The Steelers need to have a vertical passing game – Ben Roethlisberger needs to be able to get the ball down field to open up the passing game, that’s the key.

The New Orleans Saints are big favourites against Chicago Bears, and I think they’re a better team.

The Bears have limped into the play-offs but the Saints are firing and have Alvin Kamara back.

I expect them to have success on offence and dominate on defence. It’s difficult to see the Bears making it past this stage.
