Tiered and too tired…

BRITS moan about being tired four times a day and spend three hours daily with low energy levels.

As a result, a third have skipped vital exercise, the washing up or even hanging their clothes up in the wardrobe.

Some 23% have used it as a reason to not have a shower, while 29% have been too tired to have sex, according to a poll.

A spokesman for Vitabiotics Feroglobin, which commissioned the research, said: “Tiredness affects us all at one time or another, but it’s interesting to see some of the small things it means we struggle to do.

“With the country firmly in the grip of winter, the dark days and cold and wet weather can make you feel even more tired and less enthusiastic about doing something.”
