JOE-WARREN FEELS THE PRESSURE

EMMERDALE actor Joe-Warren Plant is feeling the pressure as he gears up to make his debut on Dancing On Ice tonight.

He has been paired with pro skater Vanessa Bauer, who has made the final every year since joining the show.

But after taking a tumble in rehearsals, Joe-Warren fears he won’t be able to match her success.

The actor, who plays Jacob Gallagher in the ITV soap, said: “Vanessa has been an absolutely amazing teacher so far. There is a little bit of pressure to get to the final. I’m taking each day as it comes.”

And Joe-Warren has vowed to give it his best shot because he reckons bored Brits need it more than ever.

He said: “It has been a tough year for us all. We’re all in the same boat. We’ve got a responsibility to be as safe as possible.

“We want to bring some entertainment to the people who are stuck at home.

“I am so pleased to be doing this show. It has been a scary year for us all, so I am just happy it is going forward.”
