This crime drama got off to a gripping start when forensic scientist Emma Hedges (Molly Windsor) began a new job in Dundee, only to discover that the “fictional” case being used in an online training course was based on the unsolved murder of her own mother.

The twists have continued since then but the good news for anyone who can’t wait to find out what really happened is that the final episode airs tomorrow – which should hopefully provide answers.

In the meantime, the stakes are getting higher as Emma’s accusation against Phil threatens to drive a wedge between her and Daniel. McKinven thinks Emma should stop her amateur investigation but she’s increasingly convinced that her mother’s killer is someone she knows. ★★★★
