A-LISTER KEIRA’S THE SPOOFER STAR! Playing it for laughs in Comic Relief job

-

KEIRA Knightley has made a spoof movie for Comic Relief, Hot TV can reveal.

The actress will lead an all-star cast in a satire about the pandemic.

Producers convinced her to play for laughs as The Woman Who Can’t Take It Anymore in 2020: The Movie.

An insider said: “Everyone was so pleased Keira agreed to be involved. It is all very tongue-in-cheek and she was a great sport.”

Michael Sheen plays Covid-19 and there will be an appearance by Dame

Joan Collins. Other stars will include Anna Friel as The First Woman To Cut Her Own Hair, Al Murray as a Pub Landlord, Jodie Whittaker and Mandip Gill as The Doctors and KSI as Bill Gates.

Matt Lucas will be poking fun at Gary Barlow’s Zoom duets by playing the Take That star.

The cast also includes Shaun Williamson playing, you guessed it, Barry From EastEnders.

Comic Relief bosses are hoping the short film will give Brits a much-needed giggle. A spokeswoman said: “After a year like no other, prepare for the biggest blockbuster movie never made (yet) with 2020: The Movie.

“Part biopic, part disaster film, this new release turns movie stars into unlikely everyday British heroes.”

2020: The Movie will be shown as part of this year’s Red Nose Day broadcast, which starts at 7pm on March

19 on BBC One.
